Information this site collects

Contact submissions. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide, so we can respond to your enquiry.
Standard request data. Like any website, our servers and our network provider may log basic technical information (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and reliability.
Aggregate analytics. We use Matomo — a privacy-focused analytics tool self-hosted by InterconX (not Google Analytics) — to understand site usage in aggregate. Your data stays on our own infrastructure and is never sold or shared with advertising networks.

Service providers

This site is delivered through Cloudflare (network and security) and hosted on infrastructure operated by InterconX Limited. Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit. These providers process data only to deliver their service.

The CaseFortress application

The CaseFortress application — which handles legal evidence and case material — is a separate, access-controlled system and is not part of this marketing site. Evidence and case data are never processed by this page. A dedicated data-processing agreement and privacy policy will govern the application and will be provided to firms before onboarding.
